Renting a property in the UK can be stressful enough so we understand what it must be like to rent a property in Turkey - not being able to pop round to sort a leaky tap or replace a light bulb - do not fear Tracy and Talat are here!!
We are not able to guarantee how many weeks of the year your property would be occupied but will will do what we can to help you.

Optional Extras
- Full spring clean £25.00
- Laundry Service (This involves the collection, washing and delivery of your bedding, towels and tea towels prior to your guests arrival, during their stay and after their departure - ready for your next guests) £13.00
- Welcome Pack (The cost of this would depend on what you decided to put in it - as you know during the summer, flights to Turkey are night flights and it would be a good idea to have the bare essentials on hand such as tea, coffee, milk bread, butter and sugar) £25.00
- Taxi Transfer (This service includes collection from Antalya Airport for up to 8 people, delivery to the property. On arrival at the property we would hand over the keys. The guests would be shown where everything is and how it all works. At the end of their holiday they would be collected from the Apartment and returned to Antalya Airport) £80.00
- Taxi Transfer (This service includes collection from Gazipasa Airport for up to 8 people, delivery to the property. On arrival at the property we would hand over the keys. The guests would be shown where everything is and how it all works. At the end of their holiday they would be collected from the Apartment and returned to the Airport) £40.00
