We are not able to guarantee how many weeks of the year your property would be occupied, what we can guarantee is that we will do everything we can to get tenants in there.
We have a lot of clientele who ring us at short notice to rent properties in Alanya, some of which rent for up to 8 weeks at a time. We also have a colleague in the UK who (for a small fee) can add your property to her web site (www.alanyarentals.com) and look after the rental side for you from the UK .

- Laundry Service (This involves the collection, washing and delivery of your
bedding, towels and tea towels prior to your guests arrival, during their stay

in it - as you know during the summer, flights to Turkey are night flights and
it would be a good idea to have the bare essentials on hand such as tea,

8 people, delivery to the property. On arrival at the property we would hand
over the keys. The guests would be shown where everything is and how
