Our Property Management consists of
- Weekly check on your property
- Collect and pay Water and Electric Bills (as long as you have transferred money to cover these) - these are monthly bills and need to paid on time or you will be disconnected - and reconnection will be both timely and costly
- We will arrange for your property to be cleaned prior to your or your guests arrival
- Any property maintenance will be taken care of (any parts required will be extra)
