Our housing complex is found in Obagol position and is 2km away from Alanya city centre.

It consists of 2 blocks that are built totally on 570 square metres over the 1574 square metres of land. The architectural design of both blocks are the same. Both blocks are exposed to the sun and daylight from all the windows. The blocks have 5 floors and there are three apartments on each floor. All the apartments have a fine view of the sea and is within 5 minutes walk. The buildings that we produced are constructed by using high quality TSE certified products under the supervision of Construction Control. The project of all our constructions are prepared painstakingly y professional staff.

Exterior walls are built with pumice stone (bims) block grid and interior side coated with perlite plaster. PVC woodwork, double glaze windows that represent great part of the heat loss.
