Our city is the intersection of Dim Çayi and See side. 150 m the distance from see side and Dim Çayi. Flats have beauty see view and functional design. We have totaly 40 flat, that 25 flats of these in Block A, the rest of 15 flats in Block B. 7 of these flats are double flats. The size of Normal flats are 118 m2, double flat residences are 215 m2. In our public survey 2 points take speciality. One of them is security and comfort, the other one is strenght of buildings. For these the buildings we produce are made with the use of quality products which are under control of building inspection and have the quality certificate of Turkish Standard Institute. Every residence established with a diaphone, installation and there is a doorkeeper for your safety. The entrance door of all flats is made of steel. In addition there is noise and health isolation of the apartments using a reinforced Ytong (gas concrete) system. We used double glasses 70 mm PVC woodwork to protect heat loss, flyswatter and shutter.
