The Gardens of Babylon, consists of a Boutique hotel with 22 rooms and 101 residences (apartments). Complete Boutique Hotel services (above 5 star quality) are presented at the Residences. We also offer a marketing and maintenance service for your residence.

Where is Gardens of Babylon? ....................................... The Gardens of Babylon is in the Kadikalesi region of Turkey, which is 3 km from Turgutreis, surrounded by Kos and Kalimnos islands. It is only 1 km to Gümüslük, 20 km to Bodrum's center, and 52 km to Bodrum airport.

Gardens of Babylon's property, is a beachfront property lying between the Kadikale Resort Hotel which is next to the Historic KadiCastle and Yasmine Resort Hotel. It will be built on 40.000m2 of grounds, with 22m2 of construction permitted land. The mild incline of the land will allow the planning of the construction so that all rooms will have garden and sea views. Residences, which have sea and garden views will have some rooms, which will have full lake views. All other parts of the property will be utilized as green areas and sport activity areas.

The Architecture of Gardens of Babylon
The architecture of the project is designed to make you feel as if you are in the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, both in internal and external locations. The units are planned to be two floors, in order to ensure that none of the buildings will block the view of another. The design incorporates the possibility of one unit being utilized as another unit's garden. The buildings will be constructed of reinforced concrete skeleton. They will have two floors and will incorporate the characteristics of Bodrum's contemporary architecture. The most modern temperature and sound insulation techniques will be used.

Security and Car Park
Entrances and exits to the residences and Hotel will be from a single entrance and security cameras will be placed at strategic points. An enclosed car park for 50 cars and outdoor spaces for 70 cars will be available for the patrons of Gardens of Babylon...

Lobby - Entering Babylon in All it's glory...
The Lobby is decorated as a tribute to the Hanging Garden's of Babylon and is located overlooking the entire facility. The Lobby which is a common area for the Boutique Hotel and all residences, houses the Lobby Bar, shopping centre and management offices. In the floor below the Lobby there will be a multi purpose conference hall and a mini cinema with a seating capacity of 50.

Babylon's Outdoor Locations
The outdoor locations of Gardens of Babylon are designed to remind us of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. The Areas separated by pathways includes a summer SPA, outdoor resting pool, Bali dwelling pond, pool bar built on an island in the middle of the pool complex, mini aqua park, children's pool, Jacuzzi in the multi purpose pool, creeks and waterfalls, tennis, football, basketball, beach volleyball, mini golf areas, water sports, sunning deck and a boarding deck for 6 yachts. The sunning terraces of Gardens of Babylon is 2 layered and is around 3000 m2 .All outdoor areas have been planned to meet the needs of the physically handicapped.

Babylon's Locations
In the section of Gardens of Babylon that opens to the pool terrace there will be boutiques, markets, and gift shop and a hairdresser store. There will be 6 restaurants that will serve tastes from around the world (Turkish meat and sea food, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, French). All of these restaurants will have a sea view and will be designed to be used as a winter garden when required. Within the 2500 m2 SPA & Wellness Centre, there will be many alternatives for a healthy life style, such as; skin care, massage rooms, steam baths, sauna, Turkish Bath, indoor swimming pool, resting pool, fitness centre, vitamin bar and a physician unit. In addition, the beach club and the pool complex with a 350 meter panorama to the sea will host many original activities.

7 differing concepts from The Gardens of Babylon
In all of the residences, 6 different room decoration styles are presented to you for your own selection and taste, and all of the furnishings, curtains, beddings and furniture are prepared in accordance with your selection. There is a 19'' LCD TV in the living section of the residences and a 15'' one in the master bedroom. The kitchen area includes all appliances (Refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher) and necessary kitchen equipment (dining settings for 6, silverware, glassware, pots and pans, coffee machine etc.).

Residence owners have free access to the common areas such as swimming pools, Turkish Baths, fitness centre and beach.

Guests can order services from all units. In addition they can enjoy the restaurants, bars, SPA & Wellness Centre at a discounted rate. Housekeeping provides free service to all guests once a week. Security, technical support, room service is on call 24 hours a day for the guests of Gardens of Babylon. Single room residences are 66-77 m2 s. All rooms have a balcony or a terrace. 2 room residences (77-112 m2) have been planned as duplexes and all have sea views. 3 room residences also have been planned to have full sea views (91-99 m2). The lake villas (141-148 m2) that have been designed as the blue eyes of Babylon have been designed as duplexes that provide access to the pool directly from the terraces. The common pool for the Lake Villas is only available to the residents of these villas. In addition Villa residents have the privilege of using all facilities of the residences.
