The Buying Process

Purchasing new property in Turkey is very easy and straightforward. There is no need for Solicitors or Surveys.

You decide what property to buy, we will inform the builder and (as long as you have the required deposit of 10% of the property price) we draw up the contract (which unlike the English ones are very small and easy to understand!!) If you require a mortgage to purchase your property then this will be arranged at this point.

The buying process will now begin in earnest. We complete the necessary paperwork to transfer the property from the Builder to you.

We charge 3% of the purchase price for the "conveyancing process" (this is a standard fee in Turkey ) this includes all legal representation (no need for an expensive solicitor)

The only additional cost (to you) is the translator required for the signing of the Tapu (usually £35.00 or 50 Euros)
