Buying a Turkish property
Purchasing new property in Turkey is very easy and straightforward. There is no need for Solicitors or Surveys.
You decide what property to buy, we will inform the builder and (as long as you have the required deposit of 10% of the property price) we draw up the contract (which unlike the English ones are very small and easy to understand!!) If you require a mortgage to purchase your property then this will be arranged at this point.
The buying process will now begin in earnest. We complete the necessary paperwork to transfer the property from the Builder to you.
About our inspection trips
From as little as £106.00 we will arrange your flights through our ABTA bonded travel agent and put you up on a half board basis in a 4* Hotel.
Flights to Antalya operate all year round and you can fly from most major airports.
The only additional cost at this stage is the taxi transfer which is charged at £55.00 per booking (this offer is limited to the inspection trips are normal price for this service is £80.00 per booking).
Your passport must have more than 90 days prior to expiry to be able to enter Turkey.
On arrival at Antalya Airport you will need to purchase a Visa at a cost of £10.00 per person - be sure to have two £10.00 notes at the ready and not a £20.00 as you will not get change (they do not accept a £20.00 note for two people)
